Since our blankets are made to order and customized especially for you, they may not be returned. If it got lost for more than 20 days, arrived damaged, or contains a mistake from our end, we make it right immediately - free of charge!

The blanket weaving process
Every blanket is woven to order with your chosen design, colors, font, and personalization. Once your order is placed, skilled weavers carefully create your blanket using a traditional Jacquard weaving process. They ship the blanket directly to you from the weaving factory.
Please allow 3–4 business days for your blanket to be woven before shipment.
Unlike printed blankets, the design is woven directly into the fabric, creating beautiful texture, lasting durability, and the timeless feel of a true keepsake.
You'll notice black-and-white fringe along the top and bottom edges, with colorful fringe on the sides. These unique details are a natural part of the weaving process and a hallmark of authentic woven blankets.
